New patient packets, whether mailed prior to a visit or given at the front desk, are one of the first interactions your practice has with new patients. It’s a communication that takes place at that crucial point when a new patient is determining his or her opinions of your practice. It can even affect his or her satisfaction, and whether he or she will return.
